The Toppan Forms Group views risk management as a source of profit, with the entire Group dealing with risk based on the following principles:

  • 1.The Toppan Forms Group manages risk consolidatedly and promotes integrated risk management, thereby using management resources effectively.
  • 2.Within all organizations, we implement repeated risk awareness, evaluation, and reduction in everyday work, improving our risk response.
  • 3.In disasters, we will cooperate with local communities focusing on human safety as a top concern while continue to run our business insofar as possible. We have prepared the frameworks necessary to ensure this and will respond as society requires.
  • 4.In emergency situations, we will minimize keep damage to people through swift and appropriate action while working for recovery as soon as possible.
  • 5. We will use education and training and share risk information to widen risk awareness and foster sensitivity to risk issues.
