COREOPEX JⅡ

A high-speed address inspection device that is connected inline with PRESSLE Series.

  • ・Permits sorting on the conveyor and screening-out with a divert box (optional).

COREOPEX K1

It checks the adhesion of the flap of envelopes at high speed after they are processed by an inserter.

Features

  • ・Up to four-millimeter-thick envelopes can be checked. Envelopes that are different in thickness can be checked at the same time.
  • ・There are three types of stackers that can be chosen based on the type of business.
  • ・An address inspection device (such as sorting by postal code and conducting a serial number check) and the at-ejection-section sorting function are optionally available.

COREOPEX AP

Uses a computer to determine whether the adhesive power of POSTEX is acceptable.

Features

  • ・Other than setting the paper for inspection, the only thing a user has to do is move the mouse of the computer.
  • ・Calls up the necessary data from the inspection log based on the specified conditions and also plots a graph.
  • ・Log data is saved in a CSV file and can be used in other applications.
