Background of constructing the New Center

Former Hino Plant started operation when Toppan Forms was established in July 1965. It served as the main plant for business forms and Data Print Service since then. To increase production capacity, the plant was transferred to Hachioji city in Tokyo on October 2010. Currently, the new “Takiyama Plant" is in full operation as a coherent DPS production system. The second phase expansion is currently underway for operation in July 2013.

In recent years, the use of BPO is becoming more popular as a method to improve productivity and strengthen business competitiveness by outsourcing portion of the operation.

Toppan Forms' BPO service provides comprehensive service to the customer as an extension of print production and DPS. The company will strengthen its contract work capability by establishing a new dedicated center with sufficient space and staff as well as robust security function.

The Role of the New Center

"Hino Center" will be constructed in a conveniently located Hino city Tokyo. It will be the key facility to undertake BPO operations surrounding DPS business such as document reception, auditing, data entry operation, and call center operation.

Currently, Shiomi Center serves as BPO center, but the new center with approximately triple the space will better serve the customer to meet their needs by providing detailed and responsive service.
