- Expands BPO Business Location Centered Around Takiyama Plant -

Information Management Solution Provider Toppan Forms Co., Ltd. (Toppan Forms hereunder) will complete the construction of Hino Center on October 31 as a part to commemorate the 50th year anniversary project. The center is built on the former Hino Plant property and will become the new location for business process outsourcing (BPO).

Consolidation of DPS/BPO Location to Hachioji and Hino Area

Following the completion of Takiyama plant 2nd phase construction aimed at establishing integrated Data Print Service (DPS) production structure at the end of July, Toppan Forms constructed "Hino Center" to make good use of the former Hino plant property of which since its establishment as a mother plant in 1965 produced many new products. The center will consolidate and house four locations within Tokyo vicinity including BPO division transferred from Koto-ku, Tokyo and Techno Toppan Forms Co., Ltd. (TTF hereunder). TTF is a group company that provides maintenance service of office equipment.

Role of the New Center

Toppan Forms BPO contract business continues to expand as a peripheral business surrounding DPS covering document receiving operation, scanning, call center, data entry, data processing, and others. Furthermore, TTF which sell and maintain various equipments used in DPS and BPO businesses, needed to strengthen its cooperation with the plan in order to maintain their high productivity.
BPO business, which is one of the growth strategy stipulated in the mid-term management policy, provides integrated service that encompass BF, DPS, peripheral operation to the customer. The business has been receiving high praise from various customers including financial institutions. To cope with the increasing complexity of customer’s needs, responsiveness, and high quality service, the company strengthened its contracting structure by establishing a new and dedicated center with increased space and workforce, as well as security features. By locating "Hino Center" in the same vicinity of "Takiyama Plant", contract work operation, order information, and work force can be shared which allow flexible, reliable, and quick provision of product and service.
