In addition to dedicated healthcare positions, including industrial physicians and nurses, TOPPAN FORMS has coordinated with health insurance societies to develop an implementation framework. • 3. Implementation of no-overtime day patrols as measures to deal with long hours of work
TOPPAN FORMS has created two no-overtime days each month and runs no-overtime day patrols. In addition, as well as performing management of overtime hours as of the 20th of each month and issuing timely warnings to managers, the number of employees who have engaged in long hours of work and their departments are reported to the monthly meetings of company officers.
